1. What is the difference between an Agent and a Partner?
An Agent recommends tours and brings clients. A Partner creates groups and travels with them.
2. Do I need to travel with a group?
No, if you are an Agent. Agents work with their audience and are not required to join tours. Partners, on the other hand, travel with their groups.
3. How much can I earn?
Agents receive a commission for each tourist they bring. On average, it is around 7% per client. There are also additional bonuses based on the number of tourists per year.
4. When do I receive payments?
Payments are made at the end of the following calendar month after the tour is completed and results are finalized.
5. Where can I track my earnings?
At the beginning, you can check your results with your assigned manager. Later, you will have access to your own CRM account where all clients and sales are recorded.
6. What tours can I offer?
You can offer all tours available on the Amsaan website. You may also get access to new destinations that are not yet published.
7. Do I need to build a group?
No. Agents can work even with one client. Building groups is the role of a Partner.
8. Do I need experience in tourism?
No. We provide full training on the product, communication with clients, and how the process works.
9. What do I get from the company?
You receive ready-to-sell tours, training, CRM access, marketing materials, support, a personal manager, and help at every stage.
10. How does working with a client look?
You find a client, communicate with them, and recommend a tour. Then you pass the client to our team, and we help complete the booking.
11. Are there any obligations or penalties?
No. Agents have a flexible format with no obligation to travel or build groups. There are no penalties for low performance.
12. Can I grow into a Partner?
Yes. If you build a group of 10 or more people, you can become a Partner and travel with the group.
13. How can I become an Agent or Partner?
Submit an application, have a short conversation with us, receive training, and start working with clients.
I don’t have experience
That’s completely fine. We provide training and support. What matters is your willingness to communicate and learn.
I have a small audience
That’s enough. Many agents start with friends, colleagues, and personal contacts.
I’m not sure I can sell
You don’t need to “sell” in a traditional way. Your role is to recommend and share. We help close the clients.
I don’t have much time
The format is flexible. You decide how much time to invest.
What if no one buys?
That’s normal at the beginning. We support you and guide you step by step.
Is this only about money?
No. It’s about travel, community, and growth. Income is a result of your activity.
